Corporate crap

I'm currently on the phone with a company name office *whatsoundslikerepo*. I'm trying to buy office supplies. I can't remember the name of the particular supply I need BECAUSE I'VE NEVER BOUGHT IT BEFORE. She obviously speaks English as a second language. When I explain to her what I need, I follow it up with, "Does that make sense?" She responds, "I understand." I've been on hold now for almost ten minutes. She still has no idea what product I'm talking about - but I know they sell it. This is stupid, and this is the type of thing that's going to drive batshit insane.
